Joshua has worked in the grain elevator business for 5+ years  where he’s developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, hands-on environments. This experience has taught him the value of reliability, teamwork, and getting the job done right the first time.

At the same time, he’s pursuing an Associates Degree in Information Technology at Campus University. Through his studies, he’s building a solid foundation in areas like systems, networking, and problem-solving with technology. He enjoys understanding how things work behind the scenes and finding efficient solutions to technical challenges.

What makes my background unique is the combination of practical, real-world experience and growing technical knowledge. He brings a grounded, hardworking mindset into the tech field, along with a willingness to learn and adapt.

He’s currently focused on expanding his skills and exploring opportunities where he can apply both his hands-on experience and IT training. He’s especially interested in roles that allow him to grow, contribute, and continue learning in a dynamic environment.

Outside of work and school, he values staying productive, learning new skills, and working toward long-term goals. He’s committed to diversity, inclusion and innovation, making sure that the best ideas (not just the loudest voices) shape the future of technology.
